Manhunt 2 = AO what the F@#k ?

Manhunt 2 is going to be a milestone on consoles when it hits ps2,psp and Wii , being one have the first game to have AO rating . Although most are more gory and bloody games have more violences then manhunt ,but ESRB think this title deserve it more.So what make manhunt 2 get the Ao rating ?
